What scares the world,
deep down from within.
What takes the mind
into sensation.
Flesh that aches in front of pain,
flesh and lies,
flesh and trepidation.
Nothing's left for us to believe
that no matter where we go
flesh is always there
inviting,
exciting,
creating the substances we use
to feel human
everyday.
(Beware of the reactions your flesh awakes in other people.)
(Beware of the needs those reactions carry within.)
Flesh,
not to be
less human
than you.
Flesh
but no
skin.

Ya te lo conocía, mi pequeña mente perversa, pero siempre me pareció que es una de las mejores cosas que has escrito en la vida.
Te adoro por eso de la diferencia entre flesh y skin.
    Sin más...

Beautiful darls, simply beautiful!!! Strikingly raw and real and full of captivatingness! (oo, I just made up a word.) Give me more! More! More!
Nah, but seriously, you know I love your work whatever it is, but you've got a very special and unique gift for poetry indeed. A way of drawing the reader into your world, immagination, and passion. Hope you're doing good, and that happiness and health are always a constant in your life.

    Much much love
